FCL is quoted per container type; LCL and air are charged on volume and chargeable weight. Batteries, liquids, powders and brand-authorized goods must be declared in advance — carriage is subject to confirmation.

Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) we handle export declaration, Canadian import clearance, duty and taxes, and final delivery — your consignee only signs for the goods. Under DDU we deliver to the door but import clearance and duties stay with the consignee.

FCL typically runs 28–35 days door to door after departure, LCL 30–40 days, and air 5–10 days. Peak season, terminal congestion or inspection can extend this — we notify you as soon as a node changes.
No. On DDP terms we act as importer of record and settle duty and taxes, so your consignee needs no business number or import account — only an accurate address and contact.

Inspection cost and delay are reported immediately and we help supply the documents requested. Damage is handled per carrier terms and insurance; we assist with evidence and the claim file.
